Wagyu Beef

Wagyu is a type of beef originated in Japan. The cows are massaged daily, fed beer and barley. The steaks are the best in the world. Melt in the mouth tenderness and a flavour you will never forget.
Our Wagyu weddings are not to celebrate the cow heavenly existence, they are all about you. The Wagyu steaks are simply there to impress your guests, served with a table centrepiece of perfectly cooked veg, and a 48-hour slow cooked veal jus, this menu is almost as dressed to impress as the beautiful bride herself.

Food Stations

Food stations are the easiest way to settle the umms and arrrrs surrounding wedding food. They are an array of buffets stocked with world cuisines set around your wedding venue. They could be simply on a table, an old cart or anything relating to your theme. Every station is different and will give your guests the ultimate choice as to what they eat at your wedding. For obvious reasons, this is not the cheapest way to feed your guests but wow, what an amazing impression you will make.

Black Rocks Weddings

Black Rock Grill Ovens heat the volcanic rocks to 440C, this giving a 45minute cook time and complying with food health and safety regulations.  The rock can cook a range of produce: Chicken, Pork Cutlets, Steaks, Duck, Lamb Chump, Lobster and Fajitas to name just a few entree favourites.
